Gordon Ramsay Brings His London Based 3 Michelin-Starred Restaurant To Sydney

Chef Gordon Ramsay is a name that needs absolutely no introduction at all. He is a global icon and is all set to bring his London-based, Michelin-starred restaurant to Sydney. The ticketed restaurant, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, will be taking over Australian chef Matt Moran’s fine dining restaurant in Sydney. This is the very first time that this London-based restaurant will be seen in another space.

Gordon Ramsay Soon Comes To Sydney

Restaurant Gordon Ramsay will be taking over Aussie chef Mat Moran’s Aria right in the heart of Sydney. The three Michelin-starred restaurant will take over Aria for three nights starting from May 8 to 10. This will be a chef collaboration of dreams for all food lovers, for sure.

The best of Australian seasonal produce will be showcased at this collaboration.

The unique menu is created by Gordon Ramsay and Matt Moran, and chef patron Matt Abé will prepare the meals. Signature Restaurant Gordon Ramsay items will be on the 7-course menu, and the seafood ravioli and pecan praline dessert might also make an appearance.

The cost of the one-of-a-kind experience is $495 per person, which includes a seven-course dinner and the option of a premium wine pairing for an additional $295, for a total price of $790 per person.

A representative from Aria informed Daily Mail Australia that the exorbitant price was chosen because this is the high-end restaurant’s first international foray.

Matt Moran calls this collaboration an absolute honour and names these three nights as the highlight of the 23 years of his restaurant Aria’s existence. Gordon Ramsay calls this collaboration with Matt and Abe a dream come true moment.

Chef Abe is excited to be back in the space where his love for fine dining took shape. He is excited about the opportunity to showcase all that he has learned so far by being a part of this magnificent collaboration.
