A one-of-a-kind street food found in Ahmedabad, Maggi Bhajiya is a crispy combination of Maggi Noodles and the crunchy fritters that is deep fried and served hot. Located near Shalby Hospital opposite Karnavati Club.

What's In It?
This dish combines instant Maggi Noodles with the batter of gram flour that is shaped into small pakodas and deep fried in a pan. The Maggi is rolled into the shape of a bhajiya, dipped into the batter and then deep fired into hot oil until it is crispy and brown in colour. The owner Kanubhai, came up with this innovative concept and it has soon become a major hit in town and amongst the Amdavadis.
