More About The Giant Jalebi

We did mention that it’s tough for one person to eat this entire Jalebi. However, Randy Santel from the US did take up this challenge. He is a professional eater and he was given 10 minutes to finish this entire dessert. And he was successful on his second attempt.

Sattu’s owner, Kashish gave us some insight into the concept behind this massive 1 kg Jalebi. They came up with this out of the box concept of preparing this Jalebi as they wanted to stand out from the crowd, of other sweet shops. So they came up with the idea of preparing Mumbai’s Biggest Jalebi. He further added that it’s possible to make this big of a Jalebi, but the challenge comes when its time to flip it over while deep frying it. They have to be super careful to make sure the Jalebi doesn’t break during this stage of preparation. Have you heard of Black Jalebis In Old Delhi?
