From Phitti Hui Coffee, Filter Coffee to Chukku Kaapi, Indians love their coffee. But not many of us have sophisticated coffee machines to prepare our favourite beverages. But jugaad also comes to our rescue. A street vendor from Gwalior became a social media sensation after he used a pressure cooker to prepare coffee. Read on to know-how.

Drink Piping Hot Coffee Made From A Pressure Cooker In Gwalior

Food vlogger Foody Vishal uploaded a video on his Youtube channel of a Gwalior street vendor with his go-to coffee machine. In the 45-second video, the man uses a pressure cooker to prepare piping hot coffee. The pressure cooker is equipped with an external pipe that’s used to create pressure to make the froth. The street vendor adds milk, sugar and coffee powder into a vessel. He then turns the lever to let the steam from the pressure cooker, create froth and brew the concoction.

The milk, sugar and coffee powder is mixed well with the help of the external pipe connected to the pressure cooker. And voila, a perfectly hot, frothy cup of coffee is ready. He sprinkles it with a dash of coffee powder and serves it to the customer. This is certainly one of the best jugaads you can expect on a cycle. This video went viral garnering over 37,000 views. Social media users appreciated the street vendor for his innovation and looked forward to sampling this hot coffee for themselves.
