Hamad Khalfan Al Dalil serves freshly fried snacks. Their samosas are quite famous, and on average, they manage to sell about 35,000 premade, ready-to-fry samosas every day during Ramadan. As revealed by Khaleej Times, the restaurant has customers from all the seven emirates that are coming to the place to get their taste of this delightful dish. It’s worth mentioning that this restaurant was established back in 1968, which was even before the UAE was unified. As it happens, the shop sells eight varieties of samosas that will leave you salivating. Their chicken, potato, Oman chips, and even keema options are absolutely the most popular ones. However, the vegetables and cheese are certainly crowd favourites. The reason why this place is insanely popular is that their recipe has remained unchanged over the decades. Talking about the owner, this restaurant was begun by Baputty Haji, who hailed from Southern Indian state of Kerala. The restaurant was named after his grandfather’s best friend, Hamad Khalfan Al Dalil. Yes, he has immediately applied for the license for the shop when it became mandatory to have a permit to serve food back in 1971.
