Inspired by the energy and striking contrasts of Hong Kong, this multi-level space offers a bar, club, and lounge featuring dramatic modern Chinese interiors that reflect deep chinoiserie.
Situated at Hotel Andaz in a glass pavilion in the central courtyard of the hotel, it has a unique atmosphere and a lively ambience.
What’s In It?
The club offers modern Cantonese dishes and small plate servings, the authentic Cantonese fare prepared by five chefs from mainland China in the bustling open-kitchen which is run by chef de cuisine Fuhai of the Hong Kong Club in conjunction with executive chef Alex Moser of Andaz Delhi.
You can choose from a range of innovative cocktails that create a kaleidoscope of colour and flavour. The cocktails draw on Indian and Chinese myth to match the 12 signs of the Chinese Zodiac, they’re Chinese Zodiac inspired cocktails, new world and old world wines, and a comprehensive range of distinctive single malt whiskeys and bourbons. The main restaurant also has a lounge and two private dining rooms as well as various intimate dining spaces.
You can try lobster in black bean sauce, peking duck in mini baos, wok-tossed vegetables with onion seeds, and olive fried rice.
