Imperfecto opened a new outlet in Aerocity, ‘Aerocity Shor’, and it is open 24×7! So, this means that no matter what time you show up at, you can get your hands on delicious, mouth watering food from their menu curated by Chef Akanksha Dean.
What Is It?
Imperfecto’s latest addition to it’s culinary landscape across Delhi NCR, is in Aerocity by the name ‘Imperfecto Shor’. It is India’s first Gothic and Barbaric inspired cafe and the best part is that it is open 24 hours all seven days a week.

The restaurant’s ambiance is an amalgamation of modern and quirky, giving you the sense that you’ve travelled back in time. It pais ristic decor with modern detailing to match the gothic theme.
It’s not just the ambiance that makes you want to spend your time here. The food served at Imperfecto Shor is curated by world famous chef Akanksha Dean, who has travelled across 20 different countries. The tales of her travel reflect in her food as it is pure comfort. The dishes are from across Europe, America, and Asia and are named after a fictional character from the gothic era.

Their menu is elaborate and has so many options that it will surely leave you spoilt for choice.

While the food served at Imperfecto Shor is mesmerizing, what we instantly fell in love with them are their cocktails. These powerful drinks are inspired by Indian spices and use ingredients like paan, earl grey tea, masala tea, kafir lime, all spices and more.
The dishes are innovative and uniquely paired. The ‘Exotic Flavour’ is curry leaved infused white rum, srved with prawns tossed in garlic and curry leaves, while ‘Mellow Drama’ is Tequila with grape fruit and guava, served with mashed potatoes Mexican chili and Mozerella Cheese. Their must try drink is El Mango, which is a perfect summer cooler made using Mango, almond, and pistachio ice cream.

The Imperfecto experience at Shore doesn’t end here. Located adjacent to the cafe is their night club, which is only open during the weekends and is the best place to let loose on the dance floor.
