After the mid-series break, India’s men’s cricket team is ready to face England in the third test match. Team India arrived in Rajkot on Sunday and will be in the city till February 19 to play the third test match. The team will be staying at Rajkot’s Sayaji Hotel and the hotel management has made some special arrangements for the Men in Blue. They have prepared themed suites for their stay and have arranged a special fare with Gujarati and Kathiyawadi food for the players on Tuesday. Read on to know what they will be having there.
Royal, Themed Suites & Gujarati Cuisine For Team India
Before the men take the field, they’ll be practising, relaxing, and enjoying a lot of Gujarati food in Rajkot. The Indian cricket team is staying at Sayaji Hotel in Rajkot. To pamper the boys in blue, the hotel management has allocated a suite with a Saurashtra heritage theme for captain Rohit Sharma and wicket-keeping batter KL Rahul.
To treat them with Gujarati grub, Sayaji Hotel will prepare a special feast on February 11. This feast will feature many Gujarati and Kathiyawadi dishes like fafda-jalebi, khakhra, gathiya, thepla, and khaman for breakfast. They will also be served special Kathiya

Sunday was another hard day for cricket fans in India after the Under-19 team lost to Australia in the final of the World Cup in South Africa. But as they say in sports – you lose some, you win some! And with that spirit intact, the senior boys of the India cricket team arrived in Rajkot on Sunday to play their next test match against England.

They are in Rajkot for their third test match of the ongoing five-match series against England. They will play at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Rajkot from February 15. So far, the series is tied with both teams winning one match. Rohit Sharma and the team arrived in Rajkot on February 11 and will be here till February 19. Players of team England are also likely to assemble in Rajkot on Monday. They have spent their mid-tour break in Abu Dhabi.
