There are fitness influencers who guard their routines like state secrets, and then there’s Krishna Shroff, who casually walked into a kitchen and revealed that her signature smoothie contains exactly four ingredients and almost no mystery!

Krishna Shroff Reveals Her 4-Ingredient Smoothie Recipe

During her appearance on Hauterrfly’s sleepover-style chat with Anushka Sen, Krishna spent the evening talking about everything from family and insecurities to food, fitness, and the occasional indulgence. Somewhere between the conversations and laughter, the duo made their way to the kitchen so Krishna could whip up the smoothie that had become something of a staple in her routine.

Before she even started blending, Krishna Shroff was impressed. Looking at the counter, she pointed out that every ingredient she needed was already there.

The recipe starts with blueberries, which Krishna described as a great source of antioxidants. Into the blender they went, followed by milk. She was quick to add that the recipe is flexible; regular milk works perfectly well, but almond milk or oat milk can easily be substituted for anyone who is lactose intolerant. Next came peanut butter, the ingredient responsible for giving the smoothie a richer texture and a little staying power.

Honey, meanwhile, remains optional. Some people add it for extra sweetness, but Krishna Shroff prefers to leave it out. As far as she is concerned, the smoothie already tastes good enough without it.

Krishna Shroff Opens Up About Food And Fitness

For someone whose social media is filled with workouts, discipline, and wellness, Krishna admitted that her culinary repertoire is too limited. In fact, she joked that she only knows how to make three things: grilled chicken, pasta, and this smoothie. That’s the list!

The conversation eventually drifted from healthy habits to cheat meals, and Krishna’s answer was not what most people would expect. While many people reach for burgers, desserts, or greasy comfort food, she confessed that she prefers to drink her calories. Her indulgence of choice is a glass of champagne.

Food remained the topic of the night, with Krishna revealing that Japanese cuisine sits high on her favourites list. She likes it because it feels light without leaving her hungry. Anushka immediately drew a comparison to Korean food, saying it offers a similar balance of being healthy, satisfying, and genuinely delicious.

That was all the encouragement Krishna needed to launch into a childhood memory. Growing up, she had a Korean friend at school whose mother packed homemade kimbap in his lunchbox. Krishna Shroff loved it so much that she would often finish his share too. Eventually, his mother started packing extra portions because everyone already knew where the kimbap was going.
