Man Shares Video Of Fellow Passengers Dancing In Train Coach

Recently, a man identified as Manmohan Verma shared a video on his Instagram handle from a train coach where fellow passengers were dancing and disturbing the entire coach during the journey. Sharing the video, he wrote, “Not every journey teaches you about destinations — some teach you about people.”
In the video, we can see a large family inside the coach playing loud music, shouting and filming reels, while other passengers were getting disturbed by the commotion.
He further wrote, “Travelled today from Bilaspur to Lucknow on the Gareebrath Express. What should have been a peaceful journey turned into a live reality show. A large family group decided the coach was their personal studio — loud music, shouting, making reels, constant chaos… completely ignoring that dozens of other passengers were just trying to travel in peace.”

Verma further added that after hours of disturbance, he reported the matter to the railway helpline. “After hours of disturbance, I finally called 139 to lodge a complaint. To their credit, the railway police responded quickly, came to the coach, and brought the situation under control. Respect where it’s due.”
However, he also put forward his thoughts on public behaviour during shared travel spaces. He stated how people have zero civic sense while travelling, as a train coach is a shared place and not a private living room. He also mentioned how, while travelling in a public space, people should respect fellow passengers and keep the noise down.
Social Media Reacts To The Viral Video
Soon after the video went viral, people started to fill the comment section with mixed reactions. While some found it funny and stated, “It’s not about civic sense; they are just enjoying life,” others shared similar experiences. One user wrote, “Long back I had the same experience when I was travelling from Bilaspur to Bangalore. A Marwadi family was going to attend a marriage, and it was a horrible experience for others. They were celebrating a birthday and playing and had boiled milk, which they spilt. At that time, railway Madat was not there, so a few of us raised objections. I never experienced anything like that.”
