This August, Artix, the country’s only pan-India hotel art fair, is returning to Delhi with its boldest edition yet. Slated for August 2 and 3 at The Claridges Hotel, Artix 4.0 defines a spatial and sensory artistic odyssey that shifts the axis of how India consumes and experiences art.
Artix 4.0: Artistic Odyssey
For two days, the rooms and suites of The Claridges will become private sanctums of artistic storytelling. Here, visitors will step into intimate, lived-in settings where every corner becomes part of the narrative, whether it’s a canvas on the wall, a jamdani drape over a chair, or a sculpture bathed in natural light pouring through French windows.
The 2025 edition, led by Payal Kapoor, Malvika Poddar, and Sethu Vaidyanathan, is crafting a space where indigenous legacies and international languages of art converse freely. Imagine chikankari and modernist ink works coexisting in the same room; yes, it is indeed magical.
Hear From The Curators
Aadyam Handwoven, Dharki, House of Tarina, and Baroque by Samiksha Chowdhary are a few names lending their tactile brilliance to the showcase. Galleries like Ashvita’s, Art Nouveau, Arushi Arts, and 108 Art Projects will exhibit alongside independent artists including Shruti Kasna Gupta, Prarthana Modi, Parnika Mittal, and Akansha Chaturvedi, each presenting work that unleashes a kind of unmatched charm.
In the words of the curators: “Artix 4.0 is more than just an exhibition; it’s a unique, more intimate and immersive idea in the art world. This season, we’re infusing new energy and fresh appeal to brighten the artistic tapestry and cultivate a new generation of art enthusiasts and collectors. At Artix, we celebrate all forms of art and create a dynamic platform that connects the entire art fraternity, transcending traditional boundaries.”
