Late March in Pune will see something that Marathi internet culture has never really had before, a stage of its own. RADA 2026, announced as Maharashtra’s first-ever Marathi pop culture festival, will debut in March in Pune. The two-day event is being presented by BhaDiPa (Bharatiya Digital Party) and is expected to draw around 6,000 people across the weekend.
RADA 2026: Maharashtra’s 1st Marathi Pop Culture Festival
The idea behind RADA is fairly simple, that the Marathi internet has exploded over the past few years, but the creators shaping that space rarely get to meet their audiences in one place. Clubs across India and even international venues have seen Marathi performers filling rooms, and digital creators from the state have found audiences far beyond Maharashtra.
Yet there hasn’t been a festival dedicated to the movement. RADA is trying to change that by bringing the online world offline.
RADA is all set to take place on March 28 and 29 at The Orchid Hotel in Pune.
The organisers describe it as a celebration “of, for, and by Marathi youth.” Instead of a typical concert or creator meet-up, the festival will mix performances, live conversations, and panels. Comedians, musicians, internet creators and emerging artists will share the same stage. The aim is not just entertainment but also visibility for the new wave of Marathi talent that has grown alongside social media and streaming platforms.

Who Will Headline RADA 2026?
One of the most recognisable names in the line-up is Prajakta Koli, known online as MostlySane. Over the years she has become one of India’s biggest digital personalities, and her recent Marathi debut film Krantijyoti Vidhyalay Marathi Madhyam added another layer to her career. At RADA, she is expected to speak with fans about her journey and about representing Marathi culture to audiences far beyond the state.
Comedy creator Neel Salekar, better known through his channel Just Neel Things, will also appear. With more than two million followers, Salekar built his audience through collaborative sketches and everyday humour. Actor Shubham Jadhav, a frequent collaborator and rising performer, will join him on stage.
What To Expect At RADA 2026?
Music will play a big role in the festival as well. Viral composer and YouTuber Yashraj Mukhate, famous for turning everyday dialogue into addictive tracks, is part of the programme. Folk singer and actor Nagesh Morvekar, whose song Dolby Walya from Jaudya Na Balasaheb became hugely popular across Maharashtra, represents the more traditional musical roots of the region.
Another creator on the roster is multilingual singer Sai Godbole, who has been gaining traction online through reels where she sings songs in multiple accents and languages.
The organisers are also leaning heavily into the rise of Marathi hip-hop. The duo Shreyas X Vedang will perform together; Shreyas Sagvekar gained global club attention when his track Taambdi Chaamdi began circulating widely on dance floors. Rapper Srushti Tawade, who became widely known after appearing on Hustle 2.0 and later signed with Warner Music India, will bring her mix of rap, poetry and storytelling.
Producer Year Down (YD) is also on the line-up; his track Yeda Yung with YUNG DSA turned into a major club hit in 2024 and helped him build a following of over 7 million listeners.

By design, the line-up mixes established creators with newer voices. The idea is not only to celebrate the names that helped Marathi content travel globally, but also to give emerging artists a stage that can push them further into the spotlight.
