BTS Oreo biscuits
Milk
Dryfruits of choice

Method:

1. To make these modaks, take the BTS Oreo biscuits, remove the cream from the centre and keep it aside.
2. Crush the biscuits until you get a fine crumb.
3. Transfer the biscuit crumbs to a bowl, add a little milk and mix until it comes together into a soft, mouldable dough-like mixture.
4. In a separate bowl, add the reserved Oreo centre cream, your choice of chopped dry fruits and a little milk. Mix well until combined.
5. Grease your modak mould, take a small portion of the biscuit mixture and press it into the mould, making sure it takes the shape properly.
6. Make a small cavity in the centre, add the Oreo cream and dry-fruit filling, and seal it with more of the biscuit dough.
7. Carefully remove the modak from the mould and repeat the process until you’ve used up the mixture.
