An Indian in Antarctica, Mohit Sharma (@legend.explorer), recently took to his Instagram to share a video of him preparing ghewar in Indian style. In the video, he skillfully prepared ghewar, and we would be lying if we said his skills didn’t impress us. In the video, we can see that he had taken a large black vessel to heat up the ghee. Then, he took a plastic squeeze bottle to pour the ghewar batter into the hot ghee.

The video continues with him repeatedly pouring the batter into the vessel and then taking a stick to give the sweet a proper form. After making sure the ghewar is properly fried, he removed it from the hot ghee and kept it aside. The video ended with him saying, “Ye hai humara aj ka special Rajasthani ghewar” (This is our today’s special, Rajasthani ghewar).
