The menu itself is an artistic keepsake, designed with folds like vintage greeting cards and paired with collectable coasters featuring lyric snippets.

Chocolate lovers, rejoice! Fabelle Chocolate Boutique has launched a seasonal menu of desserts and drinks that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. Expect Pizza de Fabelle, a golden dessert pizza with berries, toasted marshmallows, pistachio “olives,” mascarpone, and chocolate ganache. The Matcha Cheesecake and Kunafa Chocolate Tulips add earthy and nutty richness, while the Chocolate Milk Tres Leches offers a melt-in-the-mouth experience. 7. Gaylord

Mumbai’s iconic Gaylord restaurant has revamped its menu to honour its 70-year history. The brilliant new menu features dishes like Tandoori Shakarkandi, Tomato Chilli Arancini Balls, Lobster Thermidor, Chicken A La Kiev, and Pomfret Meuniere. Seafood lovers will enjoy Manglorean Prawn Curry and Grilled King Prawns with peri-peri, and desserts like Swiss Chocolate Truffle Pastry and Mini Blueberry Tarts provide the ideal finishing touch.

With a new look and a focus on comfort food inspired by around the world, Food Square Café is back. There is a dedicated ramen bar where you can construct bowls with different broths and daring toppings. 11. AER, Four Seasons Mumbai

For those seeking Mumbai skyline magic, AER at Four Seasons delivers with a new menu that blends global flavours, inventive cocktails, and the city’s iconic views. The cocktail menu takes inspiration from the ocean, with highlights like Tranquil Tides, #AER Picante, and Nocturne of the Deep. Culinary offerings are crafted for sharing, from playful Bombay Guac to fiery Bhoot Jolokia Chicken, Salmon Ceviche, and Banana Leaf-wrapped Konkani Fish. Desserts like whisky-kissed Brûlée Gulab Jamun and Guava Chilli Sorbet round off the experience.

12. La Panthera 

La Panthera presents the fun and freeing wine-tasting experience More Wine Please. Perlino Prosecco or Miss Valentine’s Rosé is served first, followed by appetisers like Norwegian salmon tartare or stracciatella with poached pear. Midway, diners explore Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Chianti, and Cabernet, matched with gambas al ajillo, champagne linguine, or glazed vegetables. Dessert lovers, rejoice! 99 Pancakes introduces Kunafa Pancakes and Kunafa Waffles, a Middle Eastern-inspired twist on India’s favourite quick bites.
