Nila To KICO: 12 New Restaurants In Bengaluru That Deserve A Reservation In February

Bengaluru’s dining scene gets a new personality every month, and it’s always amazing! In this city’s culinary landscape, restaurants simply arrive, slip into neighbourhoods, fill up quietly, and suddenly become part of people’s routines. Over the past month, the city has seen openings that range from revived old favourites to ambitious new dining formats. These 12 new restaurants in Bengaluru reflect how the city eats today, casually, curiously, and without ceremony.

12 New Restaurants In Bengaluru That Are Pure Taste And Pure AURA

1. Nila

Chef Rahul Sharma’s imagination just got a culinary soul at Nila. ‘Nila’ means ‘moon’, and when you see the restaurant’s low-key lighting and yellow-tinted interiors, you realise the intention behind the name. Nila doesn’t offer choice in the usual sense. The tasting menu unfolds slowly, built around seasonal Indian produce, delicate broths, textured vegetable courses, and restrained plating. Its Sichuan pepper ice cream is already making rounds on the internet. The room is calm, almost sparse, allowing the food to carry the entire experience.

2. Beige

Beige leans into its rooftop setting and looks like a mini and magical version of Dubai because of its sundowner feature. The food moves across global comfort plates like burrito bowls, flatbreads, goan chorizo, burrata, and pork belly, while the bar keeps things social rather than experimental. It’s designed for long evenings, not quick meals. So make sure you have enough time to indulge before coming here.

3. 403 Forbidden Bar

This Indiranagar bar sits comfortably between dinner and drinks. The menu pulls from Asian small plates, European-inspired mains, dim sums, soba noodle bowls, torched salmon and shareable bar food, backed by cocktails that favour balance over spectacle. The lighting stays low; the mood stays relaxed.

Where: 1st Floor, 12th Main Rd, HAL 2nd Stage, Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka
When: 6:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Cost: ₹1,600 for two

4. Gnovi

Gnovi keeps its focus narrow, and that works in its favour. The menu revolves around handmade pastas like truffle alfredo, prawn linguine, tomato-based classics, and fresh focaccia, with desserts and mocktails filling in the gaps. The space is small, vibrant, and deliberately chic.

Where: 1st Floor, 490, East End Main Rd, Jayanagar 9th Block, Bengaluru, Karnataka
When: 7:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Cost: ₹2,200 for two

5. The Wine Studio

This is a quiet space that assumes you already care about wine. Expect curated tastings, cheese boards, charcuterie, and guided pairings, all served in an intimate setting. Get ready to be served it all, from Indian Chenin Blanc to a regal Burgundy. It’s not built for crowds but for conversation and attention.

6. Woodside Inn

Woodside Inn arrives with its reputation intact. The space has wood tones, a hand-laid interlocking floor, communal tables, and comfortable seating.

Where: 35, 80 Feet Rd, HAL 3rd Stage, New Tippasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka
When: 12:00 PM – 1:00 AM

7. Chalukya Samrat

This Jayanagar outpost brings back a name in Jaya that older Bengaluru diners remember instinctively. The menu stays close to its roots with ghee roast masala dosa, rava idli, bisi bele bath, vada, and strong filter coffee, served in a bright and unfussy café space. It feels like a place meant for repeat visits rather than occasions.

Where: 459, 30th Cross Rd, 4th Block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka

The Hood borrows from global neighbourhoods without turning them into themes. Dishes like toro temaki, black lime hummus, burrata with mango mostarda, ricotta gnocchi, and hot tiramisu arrive without explanation, letting flavour do the work. The space feels collected over time rather than designed in one go.

Yoichi functions like a controlled food market and interestingly, “Yoichi” means “street market” in Japanese. Diners move between robata grills, dim sum counters, Hamachi Carpaccio, Cantonese hot pots, korean kimchi ramen, tuk-tuk bars and claypot dishes, ordering as they go. The room stays busy, noisy, and deliberately kinetic.

Where: 1st Floor, Manyata Tech Park, Nagavara, Bengaluru, Karnataka
When: 12:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Cost: ₹1,000 for two

10. KICO

KICO shifts pace across the day without changing character. Mornings revolve around akuri-style eggs, matcha drinks, and coffee, while evenings bring robata grills, Southeast Asian bowls, and cocktails built around spice and botanicals. The room invites staying longer than planned.

Naked & Famous doesn’t ask you to relearn drinking; it asks you to notice it. The entire bar is organised around how a drink is made, how it is Built, Stirred, Shaken, Neat, with India’s first octagonal bar placing guests shoulder-to-shoulder with bartenders. Cocktails like Curtain Raiser and Little Mermaid show familiar spirits behaving differently, while plates such as Crab & Lychee Wonton Cups, Ground Chicken Mapo Tofu, Mushroom Risotto, and Chocolate Mandarin Orange Cake keep things grounded. The space stays calm, intimate, and quietly confident, right down to the end-of-night soup that sends you home steady.

Where: Second Floor, 4, 100 Feet Rd, KHB Block, 5th Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka
When: 6:00 PM onwards

The three-level layout gives every visit a slightly different rhythm.

These new restaurants in Bengaluru don’t chase the spotlight. Some rely on memory, others on craft, and a few on sheer energy. Together, they show how Bengaluru’s dining scene has matured, it is less interested in being impressive and more focused on being lived in. If there’s a pattern here, it’s that the city prefers those new restaurants in Bengaluru it can return to, not just talk about once.
