During a promotional interview for Spider-Man: Brand New Day with Bhavna Agarwal (@filmybug), Tom Holland, Zendaya and Jacob Batalon were treated to a few memorable gifts from India. While Zendaya was presented with a beautiful saree handpicked by the interviewer’s mother, which she absolutely loved, it was the boxes of mithai from Mumbai’s Bombay Sweet Shop that truly stole the spotlight.
The trio was visibly touched by the thoughtful gesture, with the beautifully packaged sweet boxes instantly grabbing Tom and Jacob’s attention. Admiring the treats, Jacob couldn’t stop talking about how delicious they looked, while all three thanked the host for the warm welcome and heartfelt gifts, making for a wholesome moment that has delighted fans online.

The video soon caught the attention of Bombay Sweet Shop’s co-owner, Yash Bhanage, who couldn’t contain his excitement. Sharing the moment on social media, he celebrated the fact that the brand’s mithai had reached Tom Holland, Zendaya and Jacob Batalon.
“Cannot believe our friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man just got Bombay Sweet Shop! Moments like these remind us why we dream of taking Indian sweets to the world,” he wrote in the post.
