Viral Video Of Wedding At Bengaluru’s Silk Board
In a viral video, shared by @ai.diggy, a couple is seen getting married amid the heavy Bengaluru traffic at the city’s infamous Silk Board junction. At first glance, the video can easily make people wonder whether the wedding actually took place or if it has been doctored. In the video, a bride and groom are standing at the centre of the packed junction. Vehicles appear stuck on both sides as the couple exchanges garlands while an elderly priest sits cross-legged on the road, as if performing rituals.
The groom, dressed in a cream sherwani, places a garland around the bride while people around them watch the ceremony. In the video groom is saying, “We couldn’t reach to mandap, so, mandap came to us.” Some individuals were seen siting on the roofs of cars, looking on as traffic moves slowly behind them.

Truth Behind The Viral Video
Well, the Instagram user has shared that it is an AI-generated video, highlighting the adverse traffic situation in Bengaluru. When you look closely at the video, you can see that not all cars are facing one direction. Clues like people walking oddly, a child sitting on the auto rickshaw’s windshield, and other inconsistencies make the video suspicious, and clearly indicate that it is fake. The most noticeable detail is that, apart from one rickshaw and one truck, every vehicle in the clip is a car. There isn’t a single two-wheeler in sight, which is unusual for Bengaluru traffic.
Many people in the comment section identified this video as AI-generated. Many joked that only artificial intelligence could make Silk Board look this organised. Others said that traffic at Silk Board is now not as bad as before.
