Soon-to-be-parents Sarah Todd and Declan Cleary had a workation cum babymoon in India a while ago. The MasterChef Australia sweethearts stuffed their India itinerary with food-loaded trips to Mumbai, Bangalore and Agra. Recently, the couple shared a throwback post from their trip to Bangalore. And we couldn’t help but take notes of the two spots the couple visited and cherished during their trip to Bangalore.

There’s nothing quite like visiting a celebrity-recommended spot. And if that celebrity is a MasterChef Australia alumnus, then hell yeah! Chef, restaurateur and cookbook author, Sarah Todd went down memory lane of her special trip to Bangalore with beau Declan Cleary. In her caption, Sarah mentioned that while it was a work trip, she had to squeeze in food, fun and even golf.

Where did the couple dine? Well, they had a mandatory dosa meal at the iconic CTR in Malleswaram. The heritage spot has been feeding benne dosas, bajjis and filter coffee to patrons since 1920. At the buzzing spot, Declan, who’s on his first trip to India, breaks open the crisp, butter-soaked masala dosa, dunks a piece in chutney and relishes it. He couldn’t help but be amused at how buttery the dosa is in the video.

They Also Tried Goan Food At Klaa Kitchen

Another picture has Sarah Todd, wearing a black polka dot dress, interacting with a child on MG Road. Another Bangalore spot the couple made their way to was Klaa Kitchen in Indiranagar. The MasterChef Australia sweethearts posed with the team behind the contemporary Goan restaurant. A video from their time at Klaa Kitchen shows the couple adjusting the front camera and capturing their cute dining experiences. They savoured stuffed pastry bites and Goan bread.

Apart from their memorable dining experiences, the couple even squeezed in some golf time in the city. Sarah flaunted her golf skills in a video. Meanwhile, Netizens were elated to see Sarah and Declan’s Bangalore diaries. Their friend and fellow MasterChef Australia contestant, Rhiannon Anderson, commented, “Loving watching all your adventures! So much goodness.”
