Which Place In India Is Disclipined Sleeper City?
The company conducted a survey of over 3,000 people between January 2025 and March 2026. And many factors like digital use, late nights, and work fatigue were the reasons for disturbed sleep. Chennai topped the list as the most disciplined sleeper city, with only 48.8% staying up late and 32.1% facing insomnia. Hyderabad followed, with 42% going to bed late and 31% reporting insomnia. Gurugram ranked third, where people manage busy schedules but still maintain relatively better sleep patterns.
Looks like most of us are night owls now! Only 12% manage to sleep before 10 pm, while around 60% hit the bed after 11 pm. Nearly 30% are surviving on just 5 to 6 hours of sleep. Bedtimes have crept later by 1.8% since last year. But hey, there’s hope, people are realising that a comfy mattress (35.8%), ditching screens before bed (34.8%), and sticking to a routine (29.5%) can actually help us sleep better. Honestly, we could all use a little more Zzzs!
