A Couple Delays An IndiGo Flight
Punita Toraskar (@impuni) took to social media to share a recent incident that happened with him on an IndiGo flight. In his post, he mentioned the entire incident. The Mangaluru-bound flight from Navi Mumbai, which was scheduled to take off at 11 AM, finally departed at 12:23 PM.
According to the passenger, most travellers had already boarded the flight, and only one couple was left. One passenger boarded at the scheduled departure time, followed later by his wife. When she arrived, other passengers clapped sarcastically. This reportedly made the husband snap at fellow passengers, and he said, “Neeche utar dikhata hoon kaun hoon main.” The passenger also used abusive language. Later, justifying the delay, he said, “flights are always late.” Later, he apologised to everyone, and the flight finally took off.

What Happened After The Flight Landed?
Continuing the incident in the comments, the user revealed that after the flight landed, the IndiGo manager apologised. However, he decided to file a police complaint. After seeing the police outpost, he went there, but the officials said they were unable to take any action. They informed him that to register a complaint, the passenger would have to go to Bajpe Police Station. However, due to the delays, he was frustrated and decided not to waste any more time.
He also mentioned that the passengers who delayed the flight should have been stopped at the entrance, but they might have caused chaos there as well. He questioned how they were allowed to board the flight just as it was about to take off.
