The viral video showcases a First AC cabin lavishly adorned with balloons, flowers, rose petals, and romantic décor, turning the private compartment into a honeymoon-themed space. The different setup quickly grabbed attention online, with many praising the thoughtful surprise and calling it a unique way to celebrate a special occasion.
At the same time, many social media users questioned whether guests are permitted to decorate railway coaches in such an extravagant manner. Others raised concerns about cleanliness, safety, and whether decorative items like balloons, paper, and flowers could pose a fire hazard or violate railway regulations.

The internet also had its share of fun, with users nicknaming the coach the “Suhagraat Express” and “Honeymoon on Wheels”, sparking a flood of memes and jokes.
Indian Railways Clarifies About The Permission
The viral video also led to questions about whether the decorations had been officially approved by Indian Railways. However, as soon as the video went viral, the railway officials explained that no rules had been violated. Since the traveller had booked both berths in the First AC cabin, the compartment was reserved completely for private use. Officials added that the decorations neither damaged railway property nor affected train operations, and there is at present no rule prohibiting such arrangements.
Talking to NDTV, the Maharashtra-based Rahat Room Decoration, stated that the cabin had been decorated for a couple travelling from Jalna. While the couple travelled by road from Aurangabad to Jalna station, their team completed the decorations before they boarded the train. They also said that no special permission from Indian Railways was required for the setup.
