Suniel Shetty took to X to share his recent experience with Air India. Posting a photo from the airport, the actor revealed that he flew with the airline to London and thoroughly enjoyed the journey. He added that passengers usually praise aircraft, but what impressed him the most was the airline’s staff. He praised the crew for being caring and attentive throughout the journey. According to him, the exceptional service reminded him of the Maharaja era.
In his post, Suniel Shetty referred to Air India as the “Maharaja” and said that the airline is on its way to becoming one of the best. He added that aircraft can always be upgraded, but genuine hospitality is built over generations. According to the actor, warm service is what truly sets Air India apart from other airlines. During the journey, the actor also met Naveen Shikha, a former employee of Taj Hotels, who brought the ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’ culture to the arrival experience.
