Mukesh Ambani And Anand Mahindra In Washington

On Sunday, Anand Mahindra posted a picture from Washington that featured Mukesh Ambani, astronaut Sunita Williams, and Vrinda Kapoor. The picture looked normal but had a fun story behind it.

Among the businessmen from India who attended the US State Dinner honouring Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Washington, DC, were Mukesh Ambani and Anand Mahindra.

They even attended an India-US Hi-Tech Handshake meeting on Friday in the East Room of the White House. The two were joined by executives like Google CEO Sundar Pichai and Apple CEO Tim Cook.

Anand and Ambani lost track of time and missed the shuttle that was scheduled to transport them to their next lunch appointment while they were talking with US Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo and 3rdiTech co-founder Vrinda Kapoor. Therefore, they were attempting to hail an Uber and, in the meantime, encountered NASA astronaut Sunita Williams. She also attended the meeting of the India-US Hi-Tech Handshake.
