The Northern part of India is blessed with the fascinating beauty of nature and majestic hills. And one of the most beautiful places in this northern cluster of states is Shimla, Kullu and Manali. These cities of Himachal Pradesh are a true form of heaven. The untarnished beauty of the snow-capped mountains is admirable. And for adventure seekers, it is one of the most visited destinations to try various thrilling activities. Are you also dreaming of a holiday here? Well, IRCTC (Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation) has announced a tour package to these sites.

New IRCTC Tour Package

IRCTC has introduced a new tour package that covers Shimla, Manali and Kullu. During this tour, you can experience the colonial charm and simple town life in the mountains. The tour is for seven nights and eight days and by flight.

The itinerary starts from Trivandrum to Shimla where the passengers will have an overnight stay. You can visit Mall Road and go sightseeing. The next stop is Manali where you can visit the Hidimba temple, Tibetan Monastery, Manu temple, Van Vihar, and more. And the last stop is Chandigarh! A modern city where you have a lot to visit — Rock Garden, Rose Garden, Sukhna Lake, and so on.

The package includes flight tickets, hotel accommodation, breakfast, dinners, tour escort, and driver allowances. However, the package will not include any increased fuel charges or airfare, any deviation in the tour itinerary, tips for the driver and tour guide, laundry expenses, vehicle charges at Atal Tunnel, and any entrance fees.

The website has also listed certain terms and conditions that you will need to follow. As for the cancellation policy, the deduction depends on the number of days before the cancellation.

Shimla & Kullu-Manali

Shimla is a popular place for tourists, has a Victorian charm and is an ideal destination for a honeymoon. You can see charming iron lamp posts, grand buildings, and Anglo-Saxon names. The second destination, Kullu-Manali, is also one of the most visited places in Himachal Pradesh. You can see the snow-capped mountain ranges of Pir Panjal and Dhauladhar.
