A report by Times Now reveals that IRCTC will introduce a voice-based e-ticketing feature to help passengers book tickets more quicker and easier. How will this happen? Well, IRCTC is currently testing an AI platform named ‘Ask DISHA 2.0’ which will help customers use voice commands during the entire online ticket booking process.

Ask DISHA is known to have many features. Here. customers can also use the voice-based command to cancel tickets and also check the refund status on those. Moreover, the AI-based platform allows users to check PNR status, and also get answers to any queries related to the train journey.
