Rail-Road Package to Araku
The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has come up with a one-day rail-road package to Araku. This package is available throughout the week. The package starts at just ₹2,185. You will travel by train from Visakhapatnam to Araku, and then you will be taken by bus to explore the beauty of the hill station.
Tourists can enjoy the mesmerising view as the train passes through various tunnels and bridges. The one-day package is an initiative by IRCTC and the Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC). The journey will begin at Visakhapatnam railway station (VSKP) and end at the same place.

Travel Itinerary And Inclusions Of The Package
After you reach Araku, you will be taken sightseeing on a bus. The very first place that you will be visiting on your road trip is the Tribal Museum Chapurai and Gardens. You will also witness a dance performance by the locals known as the Dhimsa dance. The next will be Borra Caves and Galikonda View Point. The beautiful Ananthagiri Coffee Plantations are also on the list.
The journey includes breakfast, a vegetarian lunch, and tea. It also includes an entry ticket to Borra caves. The bus that will take the tourists sightseeing at Araku Valley will be a non-AC vehicle. You will be dropped off at the railway station, from where you will bid the place goodbye and get back to Visakhapatnam railway station (VSKP).
