Three Indian Desserts Feature In Global Best Frozen Desserts List
Taste Atlas has recently released a list of the best frozen desserts you can try across the world. What excited us the most while going through the list is that three famous Indian desserts are included in it. Interestingly, among these three, two desserts were also featured in last year’s list. These three Indian frozen desserts are Kulfi, Kulfi Falooda, and Matka Kulfi. As an Indian, you might’ve tried them more than once.
In this year’s list, Kulfi stands in the seventh position. In India, you will find this frozen dessert in various flavours like mango, chocolate, malai, kesar pista, and more. The other dessert on the list is Kulfi Falooda, which is at the 33rd position. Earlier, in 2025, Kulfi was at the eighth position, and Kulfi Falooda was at the 31st position.
As for the last Indian dessert on the list, we have Matka Kulfi in the 74th position. This dessert is creamier than ice cream. It is made by boiling full-fat milk and cream with sugar, nuts, and saffron until it thickens.

What Are The Other Desserts On The List?
On this list, the frozen dessert that has topped is Clotted Cream Ice Cream from England. In the second position, we have Gelato al pistacchio from Italy. This frozen dessert list has been dominated by Italy, as you can find many of its delicacies featured in it.
