Munich’s festival may be over by October, but Abu Dhabi keeps the party going. Expect pretzels, pork knuckle, live bands, Bavarian fare and steins across hotels, pubs and even a golf range. Here’s where to go, when, and what it costs.
1. Belgian Beer Café, Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate
Belgian Beer Café goes Bavarian for over two weeks. Weekdays bring an Oktoberfest à la carte menu of hearty German dishes. Weekends switch to a cart-style buffet with live cooking stations and a hops bar. German DJ Sabrina Terence plays every weekend from 7 pm to 11 pm. 2. Cooper’s, Park Rotana

Cooper’s GastroBar has a dedicated German menu. Look out for roast pork knuckle with bacon sauerkraut, beef goulash with spätzle, and potato rösti with creamed mushrooms. Black Forest cake closes things out. German lagers, including Erdinger, Löwenbräu, Hofbräu and Krombacher, are AED 38 all day. Beverage buckets cost AED 125 and towers AED 160. There are Oktoberfest brunches on 3 and 10 October, plus a stein-holding contest, party games and live music from duo Double Shot.

3. Yas Plaza Hotels
Billed as the biggest Oktoberfest on Yas Island, this three-night celebration takes over Central Plaza by Stills. Expect long tables under the open sky, German food, beverages and live music from Downtown Stage. Entry is AED 200 per person, fully redeemable on food and drinks. Children under six get in free, and advance booking is recommended.

4. The Range, Abu Dhabi Golf Club
This is the most unusual entry on the list. The family-friendly Oktoberfest at The Range pairs German food and beverages with TrackMan bays, where guests can enter Longest Drive and Bullseye competitions.
There are three packages:
- The Bavarian Birdie (AED 185) includes a bucket of balls, an Oktoberfest sharing platter and two beverages.
- The Schnapps & Swing (AED 189) includes two buckets, two shooters and two litres of beverages.
- The Hole-In-One Feast (AED 349) includes two buckets, a German sausage platter and two litres of beverages.

5. The Club Abu Dhabi, Saadiyat
The Club turns its Main Hall into a Bavarian celebration, with long communal tables and live brass from the Bavarian Camels. AED 280 per person, per night, covers free-flow selected German beverages and refreshments, plus traditional German dishes. It’s adults-only (21+), and a guest dining fee applies, so book through Main Reception.
For a daytime option, the Bavarian Brunch at Three 60 on 24 October runs from noon to 4 pm. It costs AED 130 for food only, AED 240 with house beverages and prosecco, or AED 499 with champagne.

6. Beach Garden, West Bay
Get ready to raise your steins at Beach Garden, West Bay, where Oktoberfest is taking over the beachfront for three days of Bavarian food, refreshing glass and live entertainment. Running from October 8 to 10, from 7 pm to 11 pm, the celebration starts at AED 179 and promises plenty of Oktoberfest-inspired food and suds with live entertainment by the beach.
Want to keep the celebrations going? Beach Garden is also hosting a special Oktoberfest brunch on October 11 from 1 pm to 4 pm. The soft package costs AED 249, while the house package is AED 349, with a live band and DJ adding to the afternoon.

7. Porter’s English Pub, Grand Millennium Al Wahda
Porter’s English Pub is bringing the Bavarian spirit to Abu Dhabi with an Oktoberfest feast featuring hearty bites, flowing ales, live entertainment and plenty of festive cheer. The pub is hosting Oktoberfest Drunches on October 2 and 9, followed by Oktoberfest Brunches on October 3 and 10.
Both experiences are priced at AED 399 with a Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer. Keeping the party going will be H2O Band and DJ Alodia, so expect the food and beverages to come with a generous side of live music and dancing.
