A Fixed Deposit Receipt Of 1 Crore

In order to deal with the investigating agency’s challenge to the trial court’s authorization for her to travel to Abu Dhabi, UAE from May 31 to June 6, Justice Sudhir Kumar Jain required her to submit an FDR of 1 crore and to give an undertaking that the deposit would be forfeited if she does not return.
