It’s going to be a thrilling experience to relish food made by someone whose identity is still under wraps. After its ParkX location opened its doors in 2022, Hawkerboi is opening its elusive supper club in JLT on 26th April 2023.

And you must understand the concept before you visit! It’s called hawker-style dining for a reason, as you won’t get to reserve your table in advance. It’s a first come first serve type of business as you would witness on the bustling streets of South East Asia. But in case you are a big group of 6 or more then your special case might be considered for advance booking.

The moment you enter the venue, you would notice the entire place lit up in neon-red light. Transports you directly to the feels of China where red is the predominant colour used in almost every food setup. Choose where you would like to enjoy your supper! There are industrial tables and chairs or stools lined up near the open kitchen. You can clearly see the steam rising in the kitchen from there. Did anyone say outdoor dining? Just in the right place right time situation! They do have an alfresco setup to dine in that offers you a view and a separate bar altogether.

Get ready to witness a lot of influence from the streets of South East Asia. One can majorly notice the reflection of Singapore, Thailand and Malaysian cuisine on this menu. You can either trust the anonymous chef and go for the set menu or you can also try their ala carte.

Peking duck, Asian barbecue, yum cha, and other delicacies cooked over charcoal or in a wok are among the favourites of Hawkerbois.
The selection of appetisers features standout dishes including cereal-fried chicken wings with seasoned salt, Wagyu skewers with crispy onion and peanut Nahm Jim, and a smashed cucumber salad with charcoal chilli vinaigrette. The turmeric spiced charcoal shortribs, or the full-fried sea bass with chilli, basil, and kaffir lime leaf are three major dishes that must be tried.

So line up a little early as this spot is sure to create a buzz!
