Our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani, met the “Queen of Versace,” Zeina Khoury at the Palazzo Versace in Dubai, which we know is the perfect spot for a Sunday brunch with the queen herself. Dubai Bling Star Zeina Khoury Talks About Her Journey
Zeina Khoury shared her journey from Lebanon to Dubai and how she landed on the show. She said that she is originally from Lebanon because of the constant political unrest there. But while saying this, she also pointed out that the city has the best educational system. She came to Dubai because it was one of the closest Arab speaking countries and is also known as the land of opportunity. She walked into this city knowing she would never need anyone’s financial assistance.

The Duo Enjoyed Some Golden Dishes
Dubai is known as the “city of gold,” and what is the point of being in the city if you don’t eat some gold? I mean gold plated dishes. The duo relished some lip-smacking gold plated delicacies from Palazzo Versace’s Enigma restaurant, which is Zeina Khoury’s favourite restaurant. The dishes included gold plated kebabs and others. While relishing these dishes, she spoke about how she tried her hand at multiple career options.
Never Compare Yourself With Others
Zeina Khoury shared her experience of being in the city for so many years and also shared some tips for people who are new here. She said that one must not compare themselves with the people around them because they don’t know their story. Zeina believes that one must invest in things that are nice to have, not must-haves, in the later stages of life and not now. She also shared some anecdotes from the hit Netflix series “Dubai Bling” and her camaraderie with her co-stars.
