The eagerly awaited new branch at St. Regis Palm Jumeirah will welcome visitors in 2023. The restaurant’s layout is designed to create an inviting atmosphere, complemented by lush greenery that softens the interior. An olive tree from Puglia takes centre stage, encircled by Tuscan-sun-yellow booths, offering a truly unique dining-under-the-olive-tree experience.
Exuding sophistication, the restaurant incorporates Italian-inspired design elements, featuring intricate detailing, luxurious textures, and a colour palette reminiscent of the villas found on Lake Como. Visitors will feel captivated by the stunning chandeliers, inspired by the Murano creations from Venice. Also, the mid-century Italian dining chairs evoke the Golden Age of Italian design. Upon entering the establishment, guests will receive a warm welcome by the quintessential Italian hospitality in a reception area that pays homage to the grace of the Art Deco era. As they proceed, a custom-made wine cellar lines the hallway, leading to a splendid raised bar adorned with hand-painted vases crafted by local artisans from Sicily. In addition to the splendid indoor dining experience, Signor Sassi is soon to unveil a spacious terrace featuring a charming fountain, promising a delightful al fresco dining experience.
