Before getting into details, let us tell you what the Pranaam Service actually is. Pranaam meet-and-greet service is a premium airport experience designed for the comfort of travellers who require additional assistance, like elderly passengers, pregnant women, and minors. The service is available in different packages depending on needs. Most of the time, it includes porter services and a buggy (golf cart) that allows travellers to navigate the airport without walking long distances.
But now, not just people who require assistance, but many others are booking this service too. It has become so common that a video posted by Rohan Joshi (@mojorojo) is now going viral, showing several golf carts parked together at Terminal 2 of Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. The user wrote, “So many people have booked Pranaam Service on this flight, it looks like the F1 starting grid.”

Everyone had something funny to say in the comments. One user wrote, ‘Traffic jam loading’, and honestly, it does look like one when so many golf carts are parked together.
Another Instagram user commented, “Pit stop will be the chai stalls,” while another added, ‘This is not T2, this is F2.’ One user pointed out that even people who do not really need golf carts are availing the service unnecessarily by writing, “Always great to see fully able-bodied individuals, younger included, use this and create traffic. And then pay for gym memberships to stay fit.” Another comment read “Mario Kart”, which made many people laugh.
