What is it?
Liv Bar in Aerocity opened it’s doors to the city in December last year and has since then changed the way Delhi used to party!
While the place boasts of a number of unique features and absolutely delectable food the one thing that has made us fall in love with it is their ‘Make Your Own Cocktail’ Bar.
Yes, you read that right! You can turn into a mixologist for the night and experiment with your drink whichever way you like! To get you started, their in-house mixologist will help you choose the right tools, ingredients, equipment and liquor.
Once done with the tutorial, you can get down to creating your very own custom made signature cocktail. You’ll get to use Liv’s homemade liquor and infusions that will add the much-needed kick to your drink. These include banana cream liquor, rose liquor, Banaras paan, hibiscus, digestive liquors and more.

While you’re at the Live Bar do not forget to dig into some of their most mouthwatering dishes that will surely leave your craving for more. They serve the most authentic European cuisine in Delhi NCR with a special twist by the chef.
Some of the must-try dishes from their menu include their Caponata Bruschetta, Spinach and Feta Greek Phyllo Parcels, Handstretched Pizzas, Spanished Garlic Mushrooms, Harissa Chicken Sticks and more.
