Marriott Is Opening Saudi Arabia’s First Ever W Hotel In The Futuristic Trojena Ski Resort

Saudi Arabia project has been the talk of the town ever since it was first announced in 2017 by the Saudi Crown Prince, Mohammed Bin Salman. Now, there are two new hotels that are opening soon in the futuristic Trojena. We are talking about the W Hotel, which is opening along the man-made lake and the JW Hotel that is also opening in Trojena.

According to the latest announcement made by Marriott, the hotel brand will be opening its first W Hotel in Saudi Arabia. This new venture will be located in Trojena, which is in the NEOM snow mountain district. Additionally, it’s also home to the first outdoor ski resort in the gulf!! After signing an agreement, it was revealed that Marriott would be opening both W Hotel and JW Marriott there. Talking about the W Hotel, this will be located in the lake village, which is set alongside a 2.8 km long architectural lake. As it happens, the property will have 236 guestrooms, which will include 47 suits offering mountain and Lake views. As it happens, the signature brand spaces like a living room, wet deck, W lounge, and spa will also be part of the property.

JW Marriott To Also Open In Trojena

Coming to the JW Marriott Hotel in Trojena, this will be situated in The Bow. Described as a futuristic water world, the substructure is immersed inside the lake, the luxury hotel is going to feature 500 rooms and suits. Additionally, there will also be five dining venues, a kids, a club spa, a fitness club, and swimming pools. As it will be located in the highest mountain range of Saudi Arabia, it’s worth mentioning that Trojena is a part of the mega city NEOM in Tabuk. Finally, it’s worth mentioning that NEOM spends over 26,000 thousand square kilometres and once it’s complete, it will feature luxury resorts, entertainment by news, smart cities, trade booths, tourist attractions, research centres, and loads more.

So, we hope the two hotels open super soon so that we can take a vacation grounded by warm Saudi hospitality.
