Dubai loves its Biryani and one such man who works tirelessly to create UAE’s most sought-after biryani is Mr. Ali Mohhammad! Fondly called “Ustad,” he hails from Layari in Pakistan. A town is renowned for its culinary prowess. And no wonder then, this restaurant, Pak Liyari is named after the region.
Research, science labs and of course nerdy glasses – that’s what my life was all about until I finally woke up to realise how much I loved food, travel and telling tales.
