The prestigious Michelin Guide is soon going to make its debut in Abu Dhabi. This November, the Guide will be unveiling its very first Abu Dhabi restaurant selection. The International Director of Michelin Guide, Gwendal Poullennec said that the Michelin Guide inspectors have been working lately in Abu Dhabi exploring the variety of cuisine that the city offers. From traditional to creative cuisines of the city like Lebanese, Middle Eastern and Emirati, the inspectors have been trying it all. The inspectors are eager to share the excellence that they tasted in Abu Dhabi with their global gourmets.

Michelin Guide Abu Dhabi 2023
The Michelin Guide Abu Dhabi 2023 will officially release the list of restaurants in November. The MICHELIN Guide inspectors will use their world-wide, tried-and-true approach to make their selection of restaurants. The selection for the Guide is made using a set of five globally accepted criteria which are as follows:
1. The standard or quality of the ingredients
2. Cooking mastery
3. Harmony of flavours
4. Chef’s personality through the cuisine
5. Consistency across the menu and time
