Michelin-Starred Orfali Brothers Open New 22-Seater Diner, Three Bros In Dubai

Dubai’s food world continues evolving, and unsurprisingly, the Orfali Brothers are stirring up fresh excitement. Fresh from earning their prestigious Michelin recognition, these cooking masters have launched their latest venture, Three Bros, a cosy 22-seat establishment situated right alongside their celebrated Orfali Bros. Bistro in Jumeirah’s Wasl 51.

The Orfali Brothers Just Opened A Fun New 22-Seat Restaurant Called Three Bros

While their flagship spot made them famous around the world for completely reinventing Middle Eastern food, Three Bros is basically the total opposite. Forget all those fancy dining rituals and formal service, here, the Orfali guys are all about having fun, trying wild flavour combinations, and creating this cool retro vibe that feels more like your favourite local hangout than some intimidating fine dining palace.

Casual Setting, Exceptional Food

Step through Three Bros and the contrast hits you immediately, no formal white tablecloths, no hushed dining room chatter, no pretentious atmosphere. The 70s-inspired décor sets the stage for meals focused purely on having a good time. Mohamad Orfali wins over diners with his genuine warmth, while Wassim and Omar create amazing sweet treats. Together, they’ve built a place that sparks conversations, showcasing storytelling menus and inventive beverage pairings as key highlights.

And about those pairings, don’t expect regular soft drinks or bottled water. Science-inspired liquid creations like fermented white grape blended with olive oil turn each sip into part of the culinary adventure.

International Influences Meet Dubai Spirit

The brothers get genuinely excited talking about Three Bros as their love letter to “Dubai cuisine”, basically throwing caution to the wind and mixing flavors from everywhere they’ve travelled and cooked. You’ll taste bits of Mediterranean comfort food, fancy French techniques they picked up over the years, and those incredible Syrian family recipes passed down through generations, all mashed together into plates that don’t fit into any neat little category.

Start with comté and celeriac croquettes, then watch as kitchen staff prepare your ‘pidza’, a clever pizza-pide combination that’s creating real excitement. Other notable items include morel chawanmushi, tangy adobo chicken wings, gem lettuce paired with Roquefort salad, and TNT patatas that truly live up to their explosive name.

Obviously, dessert holds major importance. The peanut and raspberry jam sando cake is rapidly becoming their signature creation, proving that Wassim and Omar remain pastry masters, even in this more casual setting.

Why Three Bros Works So Well

Three Bros stands out because of its authentic character. Despite sitting right next to the Michelin-recognised Orfali Bros. Bistro, this small restaurant is all about enjoying good food without mimicking the successful sibling outlet.
