The sun-drenched hills of Bodrum just welcomed a new icon of coastal living: the first completed Bvlgari Mansion at the Bvlgari Resort and Mansions Bodrum. Tucked along the turquoise stretch of Turkey’s Aegean coast, this debut marks a bold step in the evolution of Mediterranean luxury.

Developed by AHEN (the vision of Mehmet Cengiz, founder of Cengiz Holding), this isn’t just another high-end escape. Spanning 68 hectares between two peaceful bays, the resort reimagines what residential elegance looks like, rooted in nature but unapologetically refined.
The masterplan, shaped by landscape architects Cracknell, weaves the mansions through native flora and hillside contours. Think rooftops carpeted in wild herbs and villas that seem to rise organically from the land. From the water, they’re almost shy, deliberately blending into the natural surroundings.
Inside the First Mansion by Bvlgari In Bodrum
Step inside the first six-bedroom showpiece, and the design narrative comes into full view. It’s not loud opulence, but it lingers. Two floors of seamless design: a double-height living space with glass walls that catch the Bodrum light just right, a sweeping staircase, and an open dining area that flows like conversation.
The kitchen, crafted by Molteni&C | Dada, balances sculptural form with daily function. Wellness isn’t an afterthought here; there’s a fully kitted Technogym fitness space and a private massage room for those quiet resets.
Furnishings are a collaboration between architecture firm ACPV ARCHITECTS, Antonio Citterio, Patricia Viel and top-tier design houses: Maxalto, B&B Italia, and Flexform. Soft glows from Flos and FontanaArte mingle with textured shadows. And underfoot? Handwoven Altai carpets that feel both modern and grounded.
A Home That Tells a Turkish Story
Beyond the materials and design brands, the mansion pays tribute to Turkish craft. Walls are graced by the expressive brushstrokes of Mübin Orhon, Ergin İnan, and Devrim Erbil. A centuries-old Anatolian Kilim anchors the space with history, while custom-made Iznik-style ceramics nod to Ottoman artistry, crafted, curiously enough, in Florence by the Cantagalli Manufactory.
Local stone tells its own story: Denizli travertine clads floors and walls, while Perla Rocca quartzite brings quiet elegance to the bathrooms. Even the rubble from construction was thoughtfully reused to protect the region’s biodiversity. Nothing wasted, everything intentional.
Outdoor Living, Reimagined
The mansion’s garden unfolds toward a private stretch of beach. There’s a 16-metre infinity pool, of course, but the real charm is in the flow: from fire-lit lounge to open-air dining terrace, all hugged by travertine and sandstone cladding. High-performance glass captures the view while softening the heat. Lighting studio ZKLD kept the mood intimate with low-temp hues and shadow-play that draws your eye rather than flooding it.

A Glimpse Into What’s Coming
When the full Bvlgari Resort Bodrum is complete, residents will have access to a host of rarefied pleasures: fine dining at Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, omakase experiences at Hōseki, a seafood restaurant rooted in the Med, and La Spiaggia for lazy lunches by the sea.
The spa? A 2,200-square-metre sanctuary with therapies most people only read about, hyperbaric treatments, dry flotation, and Himalayan salt saunas among them. Residents will also have access to a sea-view amphitheatre, dual beach clubs, 24/7 property services, and even a private pier for boat arrivals.
With home sizes ranging from 850 to 2,800 square metres, this isn’t just a second-home opportunity. It’s a private world for those who want beauty, discretion, and something that actually feels like a place to live, not just stay.
