Christina Aguilera’s concert, which was scheduled for September 25th in Abu Dhabi’s Etihad Arena, has now been cancelled, as revealed in a report by Gulf News. It was mentioned in a message sent by the ticketing platform, Ticketmaster UAE, as mentioned in the same report. According to the report, the message mentions how ticket holders would receive a full refund that will be processed automatically through their original payment method within 21 days. It further mentioned how ticket holders would not need to send a separate refund request.
The Concert Is No Longer Listed On Major Platforms
It should be noted that the concert listing seems to have disappeared from key ticketing and venue platform listings or websites. Ticketmaster UAE, which was previously selling the tickets for the show, has now been removed. The concert has no longer been listed on the arena’s event calendar. As revealed in a report, no official announcement has been made confirming that the concert has been postponed or rescheduled.

OFFLIMITS Music Festival Also Cancelled

The September concert was supposed to initially take place on April 24th. This development comes on the same day that Abu Dhabi’s OFFLIMITS Music Festival was postponed. The festival, which was supposed to be headlined by Shakira and was to be graced by other big names, like Jonas Brothers, Ne-Yo, and Biffy Clyro, has been cancelled for this year. Organisers, however, have indicated that the festival could return in 2027.
