Serving Chole Bhature and Mutton Bhature in Dubai, you can grab these as a takeaway or savour them through a car-dining concept. Called Bhaturewala, it will serve a tightly focused menu. It features bhature and two signature flavours of chole and mutton. It is also accompanied by lassi to make it a complete meal.
They Serve Just 200 Plates Per Day
With no sprawling menu, a conventional dining room, or full-service restaurant, this is a small eatery which firmly focuses on the food. This concept operates on Friday evenings and on Saturday and Sunday mornings and evenings. However, you might want to make your way quickly to the restaurant, as they have a limit of just 200 plates per day.
This venture is a personal tribute by Chef Saubhagi Veer to Delhi, where his culinary journey and love for food took shape. With a focused menu and limited number of plates, their approach is intentionally uncomplicated. Bhaturewala is guided by simple thought, which brings the taste of Delhi to Dubai.
