Flat White Launches ToGo, A Faster-Paced Coffee Concept At The Pearl – Qatar

Flat White Specialty Coffee & Kitchen has rolled out a new format built for people on the move. ToGo, which opened on August 24th at The Pearl – Qatar, reimagines the brand’s full offering for guests who want quality coffee without stepping out of their day, whether that’s a quick stop before work, a pause on the way to the gym, or a grab-and-go moment between errands.

Flat White Brings ToGo For People Who Don’t Have Time to Sit Down

The idea behind ToGo is simple: good coffee shouldn’t require guests to slow down. To make that possible, the space leans heavily on technology and layout design. An open floor plan, a self-ordering kiosk, a streamlined service flow, and a dedicated collection point work together to move customers from arrival to pickup with as little friction as possible, while still keeping the experience recognisably Flat White.

A Menu Made For Eating On The Move

The food menu received the same treatment. Flat White’s in-house kitchen team developed a new lineup specifically for the format, items designed to be easy to carry, quick to eat, and built to pair naturally with coffee rather than compete with it. The result is a menu suited to guests who are moving through their day rather than settling in.

Built For Speed: Kiosk, Layout And Collection Point

Coffee remains the anchor of the concept. ToGo pours locally roasted beans from Honoroast, Flat White’s sister roastery, alongside selections from international roasters. The mix lets regulars enjoy the local expertise they already know while also discovering new coffees from abroad, part of a broader goal to connect Doha’s growing specialty coffee scene with the wider global coffee community.

The physical design mirrors that balance between familiar and fresh. Warm wood and natural textures are offset by stainless steel finishes, giving the space an energetic, welcoming feel. Packaging, staff uniforms, and the overall service rhythm carry a distinct identity while staying visibly tied to the broader Flat White brand.

Local Roots, Global Coffee

The launch lands as Flat White marks its 10th anniversary as a homegrown Qatari brand, and it signals the company’s continued push to weave itself further into daily routines without straying from its coffee-first roots.
