Mumbaikars can soon book confirmed seats in premium, air-conditioned BEST buses. These premium buses will operate during morning and evening peak hours and will allow office-goers and other commuters to have a comfortable journey. Also, BEST is planning to collaborate with e-scooter renters to assist people in reaching the bus stops from their housing colonies. As per reports, the buses are likely to be rolled out by the end of January 2022.

BEST To Launch Premium Buses With Wifi, Charging Points And More

These premium buses will come with facilities like wifi, charging points for phones and laptops and more. Also, no standees will be allowed inside these buses. The fares will be a bit higher than the usual BEST buses. According to a Mumbai Mirror report, BEST general manager Lokesh Chandra has said that the structure is still waiting to be finalised. Travellers can use the newly launched ‘Chalo’ mobile app to book premium seats in the buses.

Mumbaikars Can Now Travel In Any BEST Bus For An Entire Day In Just ₹60

The BEST buses in Mumbai have been a saviour, especially in the times of COVID where local trains are not operational.
