This time, we came across a vendor who makes blue dosa using a mixture of both required and unrequired ingredients.
New Bizarre Experiment: Blue Dosa!!!
YouTuber Indian Luscious Food (@indianlusciousfood5685) shared the viral video of a cook preparing a dosa in blue colour with a stuffing of corn, cheese, mayonnaise, and whatnot.
The video shows the ingredients needed and the entire process to make a blue-coloured dosa. The vendor begins the recipe by spreading blue-coloured batter on a pan and adds a dollop of butter, onions, capsicum, potatoes, tomatoes, lots of grated cheese, tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, and a spicy gravy mixture to it. He uses a masher to give everything a nice mix and then proceeds to add sweet corn too.
Once everything gets mixed and cooked well, the cook spreads the spicy stuffing properly on the dosa, adds a layer of grated cheese once again, and cuts it into a few pieces. Lastly, he serves the blue dosa with coconut chutney, red chutney, and green chutney.
This YouTube video raises a lot of questions. Firstly, was there any need to prepare dosa in such an unusual way? Second, if yes, then what was the reason for cooking one of our favourite dishes following such a recipe? Third, are customers actually trying this unusual dosa and liking it, or is it yet another viral video grabbing Netizens’ attention?

The YouTube video has garnered over 10K views with several reactions from all the foodies. Looks like no one is interested in trying out blue dosa IRL. A Netizen commented, “Heart attack dosa hai yah bhai”. Someone requested, “Me haath jodta hu band karo ye sab bhagwan k liye band karo” (Please stop all this for God’s sake). A comment read, “Ek dum bakwas.” Seeing the reactions, it is quite understandable that people are actually getting fed up with such unusual food items.
