You all must have heard about Japanese chef and restaurateur Nobu Matsuhisa. He is known for his amazing fusion cuisine, where he blends Japanese cuisine with Peruvian ingredients. The chef’s new restaurant is located in Atlantis The Royal and is known as Nobu By The Beach. The restaurant hosted a star-studded launch party recently. This restaurant is Nobu’s first ever exclusive poolside destination.
Nobu By The Beach: A Haven Of Indulgent Relaxation
Nobu By The Beach is located on the east crescent of Atlantis The Royal. This space is Nobu’s largest and most luxurious one. The interiors and decor of the space promise a blend between Japanese architecture and modern luxury. It will have breathtaking views of Palm Island, a relaxing lagoon pool, and the renowned Nobu restaurant with a huge outdoor patio and bar. Families will be able to eat in the restaurant even though the beach club will be an adult-only area.
Every space infuses into the others, giving the space a contemporary Japanese beach house feel. From the dining room to the expansive terrace and then walking towards the ocean. You can relax on the posh day beds or in the luxurious air conditioned cabanas. They also have two cabanas with private plunge pools for a VIP poolside day. VIP experiences will offer floating food and beverage service as well as in-cabana spa treatments for customers seeking a little pampering.
A Reimagined Menu For A Different Culinary Experience
A live Robatayaki counter, a fresh fish and meat display, as well as charcoal-grilled skewers, are also available to restaurant patrons. You may order Nobu’s renowned trademark Japanese Peruvian cuisine from the menu. Expect bento boxes, sandos, bite-sized black cod platters, and tacos with an emphasis on sharing and lighter nibbles. Get ready, as you will also get to taste some of the most innovative cocktails at Nobu By The Beach.
The grand launch party of the uber-luxurious Atlantis The Royal was a three day affair, the third of which saw a brunch to celebrate the opening of Nobu By The Beach. The renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa was himself present at the launch. A day of sushi, skewers, fresh sake, and music began at the opening ceremony, which featured appearances by Rebel Wilson and Nobu Matsuhisa.
The new space will be welcoming guests from February 10, 2023.
