The development company Marjan, chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s and actor Robert De Niro’s brainchild on Tuesday, January 31 announced that the two firms will debut an opulent hotel, branded homes, and a renowned Nobu diner on Marjan Island.
Visitors will experience the ultra-luxe service of the brand in RAK. Expect a beachfront property inclusive of 300 luxury residences. The date of launch is yet to be determined but we expect high standards of luxury from this collaboration.

What To Expect At This Upcoming Property?

The property will be inclusive of the renowned five-star service of Nobu Hospitality, the restaurant’s renowned Japanese fare, and a variety of specialised wellness amenities like a spa, gym, and swimming pools. The construction will take almost 70,000 square metres of the island.
On Ras Al Khaimah’s Marjan Island, Nobu Al Marjan Island has joined a distinguished group of expanding hotels. The Movenpick Al Marjan Island, Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah, Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island, and Rixos Bab Al Bahr are among the resorts that are already open. There are still a number of buildings to come, including the affordable Rove Hotel, Address Al Marjan Island, and Conrad Marjan Island.
Nobu Hospitality announced its recent and first venture in Abu Dhabi at Mamsha Al Saadiyat which will debut by 2026. This RAK property by Nobu will be the second new venture of UAE.
This beachfront property will prove to be a luxury paradise in the heart of Marjan Island.
