A singer, musician, songwriter, composer and physician — Palash Sen is truly an all-rounder, The founder of Euphoria band and ‘Maaeri’ sensation, Palash Sen is a doctor and singer whom every millennial kid admires. And in this episode of Tere Gully Mein, with our Editor-in-Chief, Kamya Jani, we explored Connaught Place, popularly known as CP, with him.

Palash Sen On His Childhood Memories

Recalling his early Delhi memories, Palash Sen tells that his parents were doctors and that they all lived in Delhi’s Railway colony. Everyone in that colony was a doctor. His parents had an immense impact on his views about doctors and the field of medicine. For him, doctory is a noble profession and he has seen his parents do ‘seva’ of their patients. We also took a stroll through his childhood memories that lead us to the Railway Colony where Palash Sen spent his childhood. The flat on the first floor of one of the buildings was where Palash Sen had grown up.

The flat on the first floor of one of the buildings was where he stayed. While reliving his childhood memories, he says that everything that was a part of his life is here, from his friends to his school. He accepts being a naughty kid but, admittedly, was very shy towards women. He used to study at St. Columbus and was a classmate of Shah Rukh Khan.

His Love For Delhi Which Is His Only Home

Palash Sen is a hardcore Delhiite and lives by the saying ‘Delhi Dilwalon Ki Hai’. He says that Delhi was an important place for India, right from the beginning. When you enter the country, the first city you are attracted to is Delhi. Though he was not in Delhi, moving to this city has been a life-changing experience. Everything about this place is different whether it’s food, lifestyle or any other thing. He loved visiting Nirula’s in Connaught Place for delicious pizzas and milkshakes.
