Sabina Temiralieva is a Kyrgyzstan-based pastry chef and if you scroll through her Instagram you’ll agree that she is more of an artist than a baker! Her cakes and pastries are nothing short of masterpieces and we have fallen in love with her latest creation – the Harry Potter-themed cake!
She recreated the scene where Harry carries his luggage and owl Hedwig for this cake and it turned out absolutely beautiful. Right from the luggage bag and bird cage to Hedwig, everything in the cake was edible! In fact, even the wings she added to make Hedwig look more realistic were edible!
In the video, Sabina can be seen working together with her team to bring this masterpiece to life. She layers the cake and adds a red fondant to give it the Harry Potter luggage look. Also, the base of the cage is made with a cake. She then added a ‘Golden Snitch’ to the cake, again edible, and it was literally a cherry on top!
