Pizza Hut in Taiwan has recently introduced Pizza with tropical fruit toppings. We are talking about durians and mangoes in Pizzas. Yes, Pizza Hut in Taiwan has introduced Durain Mango Cheese Pizza. For those who are not aware of the term Durian, durian is a fruit found mainly in Asian Countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, etc.
The pungent scent may keep durians unfamiliar, but pizza brands decided to attract durian lovers by captivating them with large chunks of fruit based on sweet and sour mango sauce. Pieces of cheese shaped like the Pizza Hut logo also appeared on the pizza, providing a complete gastronomic experience. Finally, grated coconut was sprinkled on the crust to take the tropical fruity.

Tropical fruits are really yum if tasted just like that, but how they blend with Pizzas and cheese is a question. This item was added to Taiwan’s pizza hut menu on 28th June which then triggered the netizens. And this isn’t the first time they have experimented with fruits. Previous products included the first Durian pizza in 2019 and the 2020 Durian coffee pizza. As per sources, Taiwan wants to embrace the misunderstood fruits so they do these unique experiments.
The chain also introduced Oreo cheese pizza and ramen pizza in Taiwan, offering cilantro, century egg, and tempura as additional toppings.
